ORGANIZE AN EVENT

Hold a business conference or other corporate events in one of the multipurpose halls at the Safmar Palace Moscow hotel (ex-Sheraton Palace Moscow Hotel). Our conference rooms and meeting rooms will create the necessary working atmosphere, and during the break we are happy to treat you with a cup of coffee and fresh pastries from our bakery. The large lobby Hermitage with a beautiful staircase and a grand piano is perfect for starting your evening celebration or finishing your event at the hotel. Most of the halls of the hotel have natural light from the windows. Our team of professionals can serve lunch at the Vladimir restaurant with panoramic windows and a view of Tverskaya Street.

THEATER
For all-day events and short lectures that do not require making notes. This seating arrangement makes it easy to move chairs around. This is required if after the first part of the event participants divide into groups for discussion or role-playing.
BANQUET

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. Round tables with a diameter of 1.5 m are optimal for 8 people. Round tables with a diameter of 1.8 m are optimal for 10 people.

SCHOOLROOM OR CLASSROOM
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.

E-SHAPE, U-SHAPE AND T-SHAPE
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Buffet
For a short socializing at high tables with drinks and snacks. They can be served by waiters, or they can be arranged as a buffet. May precede lunch or dinner.
SEATING AT OVAL AND ROUND TABLES
For coffee breaks and small group discussions. Round tables with a diameter of 1.5 m are optimal for 8 people. Round tables with a diameter of 1.8 m are optimal for 10 people.
CONFERENCE AND HOLLOW SQUARE
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. At the Marriott Moscow Grand Hotel meetings rooms for 10-20 people can be equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
